jasonkhong.com: Funky Mistakes? /articles/2006/09/16/funky-mistakes en-us 40 Exploring a Flat World Funky Mistakes?
Yes :)

Oookay. This is long overdue. Yeah, its hard to identify with eternal-optimists sometimes. Nothing’s really that perfect right?

Almost yeah. So here’s some funky mistakes :

A couple of weeks ago, I placed an order for ActsGames medals. We had a really rushed timeline, but still managed to get all the medals ready by the Friday before the launch of ActsGames on Sunday.

While I was about to leave the place, Elsa checked thru the medals and found that we had 2 medals with the wrong title printed on them. And I checked my order sheet, and it was my mistake (funky!). AND… it was the game to be played on Sunday itself. And the shop closes early on Saturday. And doesn’t open on Sunday.

But the shopkeeper aunty was really nice, she said she’d fix it for us immediately and we can collect in the evening.

So the hardworking group of ActsGames committee decided to… uh… go for lunch. It was yummm! And they have free refills of noodles. And we ate and ate and laughed at other funky mistakes (ahem orange..).

Then I uh… headed to Starbucks.

The next day… (uh oh) Jeff smses me to ask if I remembered the medals…

TIME OUT. I’m sleepy. If you have to read only half the story, rest assured that a mistake is funky because God’s watching and smiling as He sees it unhold ;)

Funky Mistake #2 The next friday…

SLEEP :) Good night world. I’ll finish this eventually.
Sat, 16 Sep 2006 03:44:00 +0800 urn:uuid:99a6e477-b79a-45ee-8736-6802d5d8fff6 Jason Khong http://jasonkhong.com/articles/2006/09/16/funky-mistakes Life http://jasonkhong.com/articles/trackback/51
